Refund policy
Please note that plants may only be returned if there is a severe pest infestation or if the plant dies during transit. If you are unhappy with your purchase you are welcome to contact us within 7 days of receiving your plant. Please remember to take pictures of damaged/dead plants upon receiving your plant to substantiate your claim. If your plant was posted to you, it will be your responsibility to post the plant back to us at our greenhouse location. Please ensure that the plant is posted back to us packaged as you received it. Plants that are destroyed via return for refund will not be refunded.
The cost of shipping the plants back to our greenhouse, as well as shipping the replacement, will be paid by the customer.
The legal
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Plants are only eligible for a return if there is a severe pest infestation or if the plant dies during transit. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and take pictures of your plants. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or infested, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to send pictures taken of your purchase on the day you received it, and send it to us. Once the return is accepted, we will send you further instructions.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the plants you have returned, and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for the payment to be processed and reflected in your account.
